muenchenstark.com ("MünchenStark", "we", "us") is an independent editorial guide to casino hotels in Germany: licensed state casinos (Spielbanken) and the luxury hotels that stand beside them. We are a publication, not a casino operator, hotel, booking agent or travel agency. We do not take reservations, sell tickets or handle payments of any kind.

3. Age requirement

Please note that the actual admission age at a casino is set by the law of the German federal state in which the casino is located and by the house rules of the venue, and in several states it is 21. Always check the venue's own entry conditions before you travel.

4. What this site is

Everything published here is editorial content: descriptions, comparisons and background on real casino hotels in Germany, written to help travellers decide where to stay. Nothing on muenchenstark.com is an offer, invitation or facilitation to gamble, and the site does not provide any gaming, betting or wagering service itself. We have no commercial relationship with the casinos or hotels we describe unless expressly stated on the relevant page.

5. Accuracy of information

We research our pages carefully and name our sources, but casinos and hotels change their offering, prices, opening hours, dress codes and admission rules without telling us. Figures such as the number of slot machines or gaming tables are taken from the operators' own published information or, where an operator publishes none, from reputable third-party sources at the time of writing, are marked as approximate where appropriate, and may since have changed. Please treat our content as a starting point and confirm the details that matter to you with the venue before you book or travel.

6. Third-party venues and links

We link to the official websites of casinos, hotels, tourism boards and support organisations so that you can verify information and get in touch with them directly. Those websites belong to their operators and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot make, change or cancel hotel reservations and cannot answer questions on behalf of any casino. Please do not send us payment details or sensitive personal information.
